Hope for Heart Attack Symptoms

heart atack symptoms of heart disease symptoms of heart attackIf you have experienced heart attack symptoms or are having high blood pressure symptoms, you are not alone. Heart disease treatment dominates the medical profession because heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US with approximately 500,000 deaths each year resulting from heart attacks.  Heart disease information and identifying early heart attack symptoms has not been overly successful at preventing heart attacks. When heart disease symptoms are noticed or when signs of a heart attack are present it is many times too late to avoid a critical situation. Our goal is preventing heart attacks through a health evaluation and making changes in your lifestyle. Based upon your test results through a specific doctor recommended nutritional program, we will show you how to prevent heart attacks. If you have experienced mild symptoms of heart disease or symptoms of heart attack you can still regain your health naturally.

Heart Attack Symptoms

Acute heart disease symptoms are commonly preceded by a history of hypertension. Hypertension is a sustained elevation of the systemic blood pressure (generally at 160/95 or higher - see high blood pressure symptoms below).  Hypertension will increase plaquing of the heart's main artery (coronary artery) which is called atherosclerosis.  Due to accumulated plaque, this narrowing causes coronary artery disease, which can be attributed to the majority of all heart attacks symptoms and deaths.  The narrowing of the coronary artery reduces blood to flow to the heart, decreases the blood supply, and causes a lack of oxygen to the heart muscle.  The heart is unable to function properly without adequate oxygen, thus causing a heart attack.

High Blood Pressure Symptoms

With primary high blood pressure, there are no direct symptoms, however high blood pressure symptoms can be noticed in certian stressed areas or organs of the body as a result of high blood pressure, these include: dizziness, a flushed face, headace, fatigue, nervousness, and nose bleeding. Possible complications of high blood pressure are heart attack, artery plaquing (atherosclerosis), capilary bleeding in the whites of the eyes, pressure in the eye nerve (papilledema) and kidney failure.

Angina Symptoms of Heart Disease

The most common symptom that indicates heart stress is chest pain, usually brought on by physical exertion or activity. This constricting pain in the center of the chest is called angina, and may radiate to the back, left arm, from the neck to the jaw, and occasionally to the right arm. This pain can also be brought on by other forms of stress, or by cold temperatures. Pain may vary from mild to excruciating and will usually be relieved by rest. Angina is often an indicator that the heart is under significant stress, usually from severe atherosclerosis (narrowing of the coronary artery), which can lead to a heart attack (cardiac arrest). Heart attack symptoms in women are the same as for men.

Symptoms of Heart Attack - Information

The first signs of a heart attack is almost identical to that of angina (mild heart attack symptoms).  However, a noted difference with heart attack symptoms is that unlike angina, rest does not make the pain subside. A deep pain under the sternum which may feel like a pressure or ache and may radiate to the back, left arm or the jaw. Some common symptoms of a heart attack include sweating, changes in pulse rate, breathing difficulty, changes in skin appearance, and lowered blood pressure.  An individual may experience a heart attack during exercise, excitement, rest, or sleep. Many individuals do not realize they are having heart attack symptoms because other symptoms such as indigestion, stomach ulcer, or gallbladder disease can mimic acute heart disease symptoms. The diagnosis of a heart attack can be confirmed by heart enzymes found by a blood test, and also by an electrocardiogram.  Of those that experience a heart attack, 40% result in death. 20% of all heart attacks do not give any symptoms of heart attack at all. Concerning heart attack symptoms, women statistically are at greater risk over age 50 whereas men over 35 are at risk.

Heart Disease Treatment

Treatment: Heart disease symptoms as listed above usually serve as heart attack warning sings, heart attack is present or very possible. Emergency heart disease treatment is designed relieve heart distress, reduce the heart's work load, and prevent and or treat immediate complication causes of heart attack. The newest drug treatment for heart attacks can quickly work to dissolve a blood clot that is blocking the coronary arteries thus reducing the damage the resulting lack of oxygen to the heart has caused. It is critical that heart attack signs are observed because most deaths occur within three to four hours of the initial heart attack symptoms.

Preventing Heart Attacks

The best way to avoid heart disease is prevention.  Reducing risk factors of atherosclerosis can greatly reduce a person's likelihood of developing signs of a heart attack.  Prevention may also include nutrition for the heart and oral chelation supplements.  If you have ever experienced heart attack symptoms or have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease, it is time to manage your risk factors.  The best preventions of heart attacks are you can choose not to smoke (or quit), reduce your saturated fats and cholesterol intake, exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy weight.

The New Hope Health Clinic is a naturopathic clinic that helps patients from across the country with all types of health conditions.  Dr. Bartell will evaluate your condition from your history and various tests if necessary, and then make natural recommendations.  Chelation Therapy can be done both as an oral supplement and also as intravenous therapy.  Other recommendations may be made depending upon the specific needs of each patient.

My heart was so blocked after 5 heart attacks with a history of heart attack symptons, surgery was impossible. Normal pumping action is 60%. Sixteen months ago, my tests showed 30-35% function. The doctors expectations on re-testing was for my heart function to be at 15-20%, but when tested it was up to 38-43%. The medical doctor is very surprised I am still living, as he had expected I would not live past January 2005 and here it is now 2005.
