The Country Cottage is available on a first come first serve basis, so it is best to make your Tulsa reservations several weeks in advance.  You will need transportation arrangements for travel to and from the cottage, as it is a 1 1/2 mile drive to the clinic.  While on the grounds of the Tulsa country cottage, a golf cart is available for your convenience.  Call us Toll Free at 1-877-544-4673.
